I had the pleasure of working with Adam who was super helpful and nice throughout the whole experience.
My boyfriend and I went to the dealership in Cape only to find out he "supposedly" had no credit at all, even though he has credit. The guy that helped (Melvin) us seemed to not care to make a sale at all. He made our vist short about 20-30 minutes tops from the time we got there from when we left. Usually it takes longer to get things started, but this time it didn't. I will never recommend this place to anyone. There service was shity, especially this salesmen. Tried to give me $200 for my perfectly good 2006 Cobalt that i traded in, then once we were about to leave then worked it out & got our trade in value up, then once i agreed to it and drove off with the car and such, they estimated our loan wrong for the sales tax $300 SHORT. so we had to pay $300 out of pocket which was supposed to be fixed in with my car payments each month. once we went back to there to tell them about what had happened and try and get it worked out, the guy said, and i quote, "Oh i need to tell them abou... read more

We spent quite a bit of time yesterday at the Kia dealership and my mom was set in getting a Kia Rio. We test drove and test drove and Jerry Swan was the most patient person to work with. He did not try to push anything just let us drive and see what we liked best. He brought our a used Honda Civic and my mom was sold. He did not push us toward a Kia but made sure she liked the Civic the best. Even let her drive the Rio again to make sure she was sure. We just purchased the new Kia Niro this weekend. So far we are very pleased! Our salesman Mikel Brown was amazing! He was friendly, caring and knowledgeable! He was with us every step of the way. Kept us updated throughout the financing process and got us what we feel is a great deal! This is our first Kia, and we are looking forward to a long relationship!
