Unpleasant experience! Sterman was a terrible Dr with a cold bedside manner. If I didn't see another Dr. I MAY not be here today. She really dropped the ball!
I just finished my internship at Audubon and I am so happy to have had such a great experience! I haven't seen a practice that cares about their patients as much as the doctors, np's, and staff there. Not only are they attentive but work as a team to provide the best quality of care they can. They are not the practice that tries to get you in and out as fast as they can, but instead sit down and try to understand any concerns to the best of their ability. I ABSOLUTELY love Audubon!!!! I've been a patient there for almost 20 years!!! I work for medical group and still won't change!! The wonderful Drs. Rush and Sorley delivered my boys. Lisa, the wonderful NP has been stuck with me ever since!!!! :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Did not have a good experience with one of the NPs. When I called and asked for a reeval with the dr I had seen previously, the NP got on the phone and refused to let me schedule with my dr. So happy I switched after that!
Love the doctors. The front desk women are very short and rude. I just drove all the way from work for my appt only to find out they don't take my insurance. When I called to schedule the appt I told her my insurance changed she said that was fine & to bring the card with me. The woman at the check-in desk today was less than helpful very disappointed
