I am not writing this to cause problems, but I do think it's important that other women who have experienced pregnancy loss understand and are aware of the utter disrespect and BS I went through with this facility: The one star is solely for NP Marissa & the girls at the front (they were great) 0 stars for "Dr." Gianfagna and the rest of the staff including NP Erika. I'm extremely dissatisfied and honestly furious with how this facility operates. I truly wish I had read the negative reviews before bringing my wife here. We recently moved from the West Coast to the East Coast and had no idea what kind of place this was and unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. My wife was a patient here throughout her pregnancy and delivered our baby via C-section in the third week of December. At her 6-week follow-up, she was advised to get birth control. Dr. Hoebel was nothing short of amazing. She took time to educate me, talked through everything she was doing during the procedure I had, was apologetic for simply doing what she had to do, she distracted me during the procedure and was overall just so nice and is just such a warm person. I could not have asked for a better experience for a not so great situation. She clearly loves her job, cares for women, listens, and is very knowledgeable in what she does. Im SO GLAD I switched to this practice.

I recently saw Np Marissa Hawa for just an annual. I have not been to the gynecologist in awhile due to having horrible experiences. I have tried a few and the lack of bedside manner is terrible. My primary recommended Audubon. Im so glad I listened to her and I went through with the appointment. The way she listened to me and was not dismissive one bit was so reassuring.
