I’ve been living in this complex for a while now, and honestly, it’s nothing like the place I originally moved into. The new management seems to have completely changed the policies — and not in a good way. We no longer have reasonable access to the gym. It’s only open during office hours — Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and closed on Sundays. Let’s be real! Good management, quick to respond!
Our introduction to Audubon Parc began with their thorough website from floor plans to currently available units to scheduling same day appointment (which we did). Upon our arrival, we were greeted by very friendly maintenance staff even before entering the leasing office. Per our appointment time, April L. warmly welcomed us and immediately set a relaxing personal tone. I got a tour here from April Lam, and it was great! She was very friendly and enthusiastic, and really sold the place. From all similar options in the area, Audubon Parc was the most affordable for the square footage. It seems like the management team is in the process of renovating the community areas and apartments, so it'll be nice to see what the place will look like in the next year or so. Also, a highlight of the area is the lake right next to the property.
