WHAT A NIGHTMARE !!! I have lived in building 16 for over 2 years, and will be moving out this month. The new owners Drucker+Falk have given me nothing but grief! The last manager Dennis disappeared, so when I never got an email reply to my last conversation, I went into the office to present my 60-day "written notice" of non-renewal. But now they're claiming that I did it weeks later than it really happened, and are trying to charge me for those weeks! I pay about $2,000/month here, so another two weeks is about $1,000 ! Agree with the other comments posted. The facility has changed ownership and the pool opening is delayed, exercise facility is now locked and you cannot access in the mornings, evenings, or weekends when most people want to do so. Grills are unavailable. The facility is getting in a state of disrepair. I would recommend leasing somewhere else. Office support does not want to hear or do anything about issues or complaints.
My experience here has been wonderful nice location for schools and malls shopping. The staff here is terrific even though we went there more than one each time we get a new maintenance people management there are terrific thank you Percy White.
Under past management, this apartment was a great place to live. However, due to lack of communication, unprofessional staff, and billing issues; it has produced an unsatisfactory environment. Most residents understand the pool is closed in off season; but the gate remains accessible with keycard for the gym. Also, the grills are located in the same area as the pool. Now there is no email or sign detailing that grills are closed in off season. And the new lady at the office was extremely rude and unprofessional.
