Our introduction to Audubon Parc began with their thorough website from floor plans to currently available units to scheduling same day appointment (which we did). Upon our arrival, we were greeted by very friendly maintenance staff even before entering the leasing office. Per our appointment time, April L. warmly welcomed us and immediately set a relaxing personal tone. I got a tour here from April Lam, and it was great! She was very friendly and enthusiastic, and really sold the place. From all similar options in the area, Audubon Parc was the most affordable for the square footage. It seems like the management team is in the process of renovating the community areas and apartments, so it'll be nice to see what the place will look like in the next year or so. Also, a highlight of the area is the lake right next to the property.

I lived for around 3 years. Living in here was a great experience. The apartments are so well located, and it is a peaceful place to live.
We have been living here since 2015 it’s great love the Manager here!!!
