I love living at the Parc!! It is quiet and comfortable. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. One thing that’s important to me is being able to depend on the staff if I have a repair or maintenance issue. I have to say that I always have a positive outcome with any maintenance issue. Even for non-emergency issues I usually have someone in my apartment within one business day. Moe is always amazing!! When he comes out I am guaranteed to have my issue addressed. If there is a part needed or a follow up he explains everyth... read more
Oh my goodness- Veronica and Kia were heaven sends for our search for a 2 bedroom- 2 bath- no stairs apartment. Searching for 3 1/2 full days in the Cary, Holly Springs, Apex, and Fuquay area- we obviously saved the best, for our needs, until last. Assistance beyond imagine. This residence is a pleasant surprise in the busy Kildare Farm area! Quiet, wooded, and access to a lake.

That persistence, coupled with being conscious of my working remotely and needing to take meetings while he is fixing something. ... read more
I want to give a big thank you to Moe from the maintenance team! He is always friendly, professional, and helpful. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, he responds quickly and does a great job making sure everything is taken care of. I really appreciate his hard work and the way he treats residents with respect. Thank you, Moe, for always doing such a great Job!
Update to my original review -- I have now lived at Audubon Parc for 22 years. I like to think maybe I'm one of their longest residents. I have gotten to know the maintenance staff really well because of various issues that occur when you've lived in the same place for 22 years. Bruce and Moe are the best around! The latest issue was that my AC was starting to fail. They both worked very hard to try and determine the issue and finally, they were able to get my AC totally replaced. Now, it works like a charm! I would highly r... read more
