Although the staff was very helpful and welcoming at first, it became very evident that they try and take every dime that they can from you. Already extremely overpriced, the experience there was stressful and exhausting. I would suggest go anywhere else but here.
Beautiful community with a great managent and maintenance staff.
It's great Except when you want to move out. Deposit? Forget about it. I walked into the office and asked about painting and filling holes from pictures. I was told not to worry about it. So, as I was doing my walk through they made it clear they would have to charge me for painting. They told me one thing one minute and something else the next. I have been here a week now and have to say, I finally feel like I have a home. I love everything about this place and cannot wait for the first Audubon community event. Thanks Cesalee and Kate for making this all possible!!
