RecommendedVery clean, friendly and safe gated complex also with an amazing staff. Been here almost 3 years and was only suppose to be here temporarily while deciding on building a new home since we had sold our last one to downsize.
I just loved living there for 2 years. I worked nights and it was a very quite place (even being right on the lake). The maintenance staff is incredible. He would always take into consideration that I slept during the day and schedule visits first thing in the morning as to not wake me up. Such a small thing goes a long way! Everyone of my neighbors where very friendly as well!

Felicitamos Felicitamos salir a todo el personal aquí en Audubon Lake. Debido a transferencias de trabajo nos han vivido en varios hoteles desde 2005. Este es de lejos el mejor administración/ equipo de mantenimiento que hayamos tenido. Cuando tenemos un problema de mantenimiento que hacer una llamada acuse de recibo del problema, luego otra llamar para hacernos saber que el hombre se encuentra en el camino. Kudos Kudos go out to the entire staff here at Audubon Lake. Due to job transfers we have lived in several properties since 2005. This is by far the best management / maintenance team we have ever had. When we have a maintenance issue we get a call acknowledging receipt of the issue, then another call to let us know the man is on the way. Then the response time and completion of the work is just phenomenal. Finally we get a call from management to check on satisfaction. We have never had that before.
