Mr Perez and his assistant were both exceptional and gave me excellent professional treatment and kindness. Mr Perez has a great sense of humour which would relax even the most terrified patient. I am visiting from Scotland and couldn't have had better care anywhere. Thank you.
Leslie the hygienist is extraordinary. The front desk staff is rude: no one said good morning or welcomed me, so I just signed in and hoped that eventually I would be noticed. They were very hard on my child during her last visit, insisting that she pay immediately even though for the past 20 years the office has mailed us a bill for our childrens' services and we have always paid. The atmosphere there is very sad, tense and completely changed from the Dr. Sturm days. Sad!
The opportunity to be seen straight away when a dental emergency arose, and to treat right there and then fitting me in to a busy schedule.

I had an extraction, which was unpleasant and upsetting. Dr. Rappold and his assistants did a great job keeping me comfortable and making it painless as possible.
The entire staff was friendly and courteous. The dental assistant was particularly caring. A young woman with glasses.
