I love that I am always seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. I wish every doctor/dentist's office operated in this manner! I have been pleased with every service for myself and my entire family.

The experience at Audubon Dental Group could not have been more pleasant. The routine cleaning was thorough, yet gentle. Dr. Rappold was fantastic in taking the time to explain my x-rays to me, giving me a better idea of what work needs to be done in the near future. Very professional and knowledgeable.

All of the staff provided exceptional customer service. Cairie Daigle and Dr. Paul Perez were both easy to talk to and explained procedures to my satisfaction. Cairie was also gently and careful not to disturb a sensitive area on my gums. I had an overall very good experience.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It had been some time since I had been to a dentist, end the entire staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I also felt that both the dentist and hygienist were very thorough and explained my options to me very clearly.
The service is quite satisfactory and Dr. Tom is an excellent dentist. Although the support staff is quite professional, I would suggest they introduce themselves and state their service. While I do really like Dr. Tom and find him friendly, he should enter the room with a greeting and leave with a thank you and a report on your condition. I hesitate to sound critical, because I like Dr. Tom a lot, and have recommended him to several patients, but I do think overall, although friendly, he and the staff could polish up their ... read more
My last visit was really disappointing, and if it were not for the fact that I've always had excellent care at Audubon I probably wouldn't come back. Front office staff somehow completely created a new record for me despite the fact that I am an established patient and then took ages to sort it out. Wait time was longer than usual. Both the dental hygenist and Dr. Tom were super busy and a bit distracted so I feel like I was sort of being rushed out.
