The girl who did my cleaning was very rough. I had been expressing how I was having a lot of tooth sensitivity on one side and she just ignored that and was very rough on that particular side of my mouth. I appreciated the new dentist that I saw and being able to move towards a solution of that sensitivity. She was patient with me and very respectful of my warning that I have a history of fainting when it comes to needles and not eating. My dental hygienist, Amanda, was wonderful! She was both personable and thorough!
I rescheduled my appointment for another day and it was coded incorrectly. I was supposed to get a filling bu t the dentist was unaware. I had to make an additional appointment for January (due to my insurance).
