Overall, dissatisfied. I was told the morning of the appointment that my insurance would be billed and I'd pay the difference afterwards. Surprise! I was charged up front. I clearly stated that I didn't want to be seen unless my insurance was accepted. Then my expected services were not done. My concern were my two back teeth which clearly had cavities. Had professional care in a relaxing atmosphere.
Staff needs to do a better job of introducing themselves and stating their role. Did not care for the care I got from the assistant.
Excellent dental care. Dentist is gentle and extremely considerate of how patient feels. All staff are very professional and services are quick

I’ve had everything from cleanings to teeth removals by the dentists at Audubon Dental. And, every single time I’ve experienced excellent patient care, friendliness, and attentiveness with the staff.
After years of cycling between stressful, expensive dental experiences and long periods of neglect I am grateful to have found Dr. Eggert and her team. They are kind, professional and gentle. I am actually enjoying going to the dentist and am catching up on a back-log of maintenece issues.
