Dr. Rappold was so personable and all of the staff makes it appear so simple to be kind. It was a pleasurable experience.
Hygienist responsibilities were shared with someone not very experienced. Left office with out discussion of follow up visit or next visit. Liked the new doctor.
Dr. Tom and his assistants are always very nice and very thorough. His assistant with the very long hair is especially nice and efficient, sorry I can't remember her name. One thing is that all of your staff should be welcoming, even if they are not helping the patient. They should all greet you. There is a hygienist who I had seen a few times who was not at all friendly, so I requested to bechanged to another one. The good news about my teeth.
I showed up a few minutes early and was seated 10 minutes before my appointment time. My dental hygienist (I can't remember her name) is always friendly, efficient, and gentle. I was in and out in 25 minutes.
Not having to wait is a major big plus for me. Really can't single out any one person for everyone is always so very nice.
Leslie, the dental hygienist, is always thorough yet gentle, and explains everything as we go which answers most of my questions before I need to even ask them. This puts you at ease and makes the dental visit as pleasant as possible.
