Very courteous staff. Dr. Rappold was very thorough and detailed with explanations and recommendations. He took personal care to see that my immediate dental needs were addressed.
Best hygienist ever -- super cleaning -- and stain removal was the best -I am a publicist and always in talk mode - Audubon's practice is well managed from Cordelia when you enter - Dr. Tom - and Toria when you are done -- 5 star rating -thabks.
I liked the way you clean teeth, better than what i was used to.
My favorite part of my experience was the care and service Dr. Perez provided. He always explains procedures thoroughly and makes me feel comfortable, particularly when I'm uneasy. Other team members also work to make my visits pleasant experiences!
You guys are always awesome! Thanks for being helpful and explaining everything all the time! Going to the dentist is not a pleasant experience but you guys make it bearable! :)
The dentist and hygienist who worked with me were excellent.
Tori and Leslie were excellent, as usual!
I liked that Dr Tom didn't just immediatley say, you need a crown or root canal, but rather said let's just watch it and see if the pain returns or worsens.
I had planned to swap dentists when Kathryn retired but I think I'll stay!
