I waited 2 hours before I left. Imagine waiting that long without ever being acknowledged. I'm appalled that my appointment time was not honored. I was never greeted and Ms. Audrey did not explain that she was running behind. No apology was given, nothing. Not having consideration for someone's time is shameful. What a poor way to treat clients. So unprofessional and disgraceful. Thankfully I was able to find someone else at such short notice.
