I would highly recommend Dr. Tai and associates to anyone considering eye care. My personal experience was both professional and caring. Dr . Tai took the time to throughly explain my procedure and options that were available. I was quite reluctant and after discussing everything, I finally had cataract surgery. Why did I wait so long?? The staff here also took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. As I said, don't hesitate to contact Dr. Tai and staff for any concerns about your vision.
Dr. Tai did a fabulous job with my eye's and my vision. I had been having problems with my vision and was not able to get glasses to aid my vision. I went to see Dr. Tai, I watched her library of video's on YouTube which were/are very informative. After my exam, which indicated my eyes were healthy but I had cataracts causing my vision problems. Dr Tai is very professional and competent. Besides a recommendation from my internist, Dr Tai has good reputation with other eye surgeons, “not an overly aggressive surgeon, will give an appropriate opinion”. Both eyes done in June 2025, no complications, early days but now my vision is 20/20 with no glasses needed for reading. We chose toric multifocal lens with laser assist, very happy with the outcome. I had a lot of anxiety about doing the surgery but got through it great with Dr Tai.
Dr. Tai was very informative about how she would do my cataract surgery and new lens implant, which would work with my existing Light Adjustable Lens. The surgery was successfully completed and my eye is healing on schedule.
