I have known Audrey since 2012 when I replaced her roof. I have also inspected multiple roofs since then and in a lot of cases I’ve been able to have insurance companies pay for a new roof. This has added value to the seller. Audrey is a very hard-working person and I highly recommend her.

Just do yourself a favor and hire Audrey as your realtor. Very communicative, prompt, and helpful through the entire buying process.
