I love it here because they make you feel like family. They care how you feel and how happy the hearing fit is going and test makes you feel. They want you to be comfortable.

First time for hearing aides. Love the new style wifi great new on the market aides. JEFF IS EXCELLENT! Explains the process well and works to follow insurance guidelines. I would highly recommend them. They're also in the network of Moda insurance company.
Wonderful experience for my 77 year old Dad. Dr. Cristin Dugan was awesome. Michelle, Megan, and Dr. Jeff all super nice too. Highly recommend!
I am always treated with respect. My questions are answered, and there’s always a solution to any issues. All the staff are very polite and helpful.
batteries were going out within 10 minutes, so without an appointment I just stopped by and asked for help. they did, even took the time to change hearing aids from bad ear to good ear so the one giving me problems could be sent out for repair. never once did they seem annoyed by me just dropping in. thanks Christine.
