My experience with Dr. Berg and staff has been very pleasant and professional. This is the first time I have needed a hearing aid and, quite honestly, I was afraid. The fear didn't last long because as soon as I stepped into Audiology Associates the receptionists were warm and friendly! Then I met Dr. Berg. I have been dealing with audiologist for many years,So far this has been the best experience. I was made to feel at ease and the test was well done. The test was done to reprogram my hearing aid.I promised Matthew to return and show him my hearing aid which was a new brand and see the result of the new program.
The entire staff strives to make your visit a pleasant experience. From the comfortable front office to the professional service with the audiologists--they do an excellent job!
Very helpful, explained things, and offered suggestions without being pushy.
