This was a very positive experience. The staff were very accommodating with our schedule as we do not live in Grants Pass. The audiologist was clear, concise and attentive; he listened as we gave feedback and he was able to quickly change the settings to reflect better hearing through our RECHARGEABLE hearing aids! These are the best! No fiddling or dropping the pesky little batteries anymore! I am so thankful for Christie. She steps up whenever anything is wrong with my hearing names and sees me right away. All the girls in the office are highly professional all are there when you need them I highly recommend This group at the audiology associates

Very personable staff are attentive to your needs. No waiting for assistance with cleanings of hearing aid and check up appointments. You're in and out quickly. Dr. Berg does a great job adjusting my hearing aids so they work well for me.
Fantastic staff, wonderful Doctor!
I am so very happy with the Audiology group of wonderful people that take time with you and explain how everything works. When you get the hearing aids, they make sure they fit, show you how they operate and have you return to the office several times (no extra fees added for the followup visits) to be sure that everything of going well. Doctor Berg and his associates were wonderful and they do treat you like family. A great group of people!
A great team effort. Everyone is knowledgeable and nice. A great experience.
I had a great checkup with Dr. Berg and he schedule a hearing test. This is preparing for my third set of hearing aids in 12 years. I like the professional care I get with Dr. Berg.
