I brought my grandmother to Audiology Associates of Southern Oregon after moving her to Grants Pass from another state. She lost a hearing aid that had been purchased from another audiologist. Dr Berg went above and beyond and was able to replace the hearing aid at no cost to her. I am grateful for the time that the Drs of this practice take with her at her appointments. They are patient and kind. Could not be more satisfied.
