stop ripping people off the cost is crazy
I've been dealing with this place since November. The hearing aids are ill fitting; they keep falling out of my ears; they ring very loud randomly. For $6,000 I expected superior hearing aids. Also, they book their appointments too far ahead--sometimes over two weeks. Whenever I called, the customer service was very poor. I'm so frustrated with this place that I need to report it. The hearing aids are crap!!!
He is the very BEST!
Elizabeth, who I always deal with in, is friendly, patient and professional. The ladies in the front are friendly and helpful too. 5 stars for me.
They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always fit you in. Always great service! My hearing aides made in USA.....
