Friendly Staff They have a good variety of different film equipment. Theyre also very knowledgeable about all the new things out in the field, like what is new in sound equipment and boom mics. If they don't have what you're looking for, they're very accommodating to your needs. They also take good care of you if you're working on a student film.
Owner Horrible customer experience! I originally called in to ask about a specific product but i was told is was discontinued. I was emailed another suggestion but it was very expensive. I asked for suggestions at a lower price point only to have sales tell me "they don't sell cheap stuff here". A simple no would have been fine with me. I called to ask for the company's manager only to get the lady that answers the phone saying she wouldn't do it. This is a one stop place for all of your film equipment needs. Also tapes and DAT tapes are sold are good prices.
