This shop really did put it into my nightmare. This is the fourth shop that I have been to try to resolve the problem the first shop caused. If you're out in San Diego and have dealt with similar experiences as I have, I highly recommend investing in the drive to go out there and have them fix your system. They went through everything to make sure that my system was functioning correctly before they attempted to tune it. Found this shop online through a car audio community. I cannot say enough here… phenomenal workmanship and customer service. They know really know what are doing when it comes to installs, gear, recommendations, and tuning. Ive had other shops do several cars. This place took me to a whole new level with DSP tuning and upgrades to match. I will be back with another vehicle when the time comes. Lotta gratitude and much love for getting it right.
I took my friends car there since they are experts at finding issues that other shops(VIP Kustomz) cannot fix. They found the issue right away and tuned my friends system to optimize performance. My friend is extremely happy with how her systems sounds now. The other shop wanted to rip out her system and return her back to stock, but I said no-way that is barbaric.
