They are very helpful and friendly.
We were not only appreciative of the detailed information given us about the hearing aids, but felt very comfortable in not being pressured in making a decision.
I made an appointment 3 weeks ago and asked if they took my insurance. They said yes. I book the appointment. When I show up after waiting for 3weeks they tell me they indeed do not take my insurance. I was very disappointed.
Melinda was wonderful! She really took her time with me and helped me understand my hearing aides so much better
