I had an appointment set up 3 weeks ago through TruHearing and you wait until I am in your waiting room to tell me you can't sell me hearing aids for the TruHearing price? That is unacceptable and unprofessional. You should have not accepted the appointment and called me way before the appointment time. I can't recommend anyone go to your practice.
