I received excellent service from Audi Tulsa on my 2012 Q5. They kept me informed as to what was needed and had a video of my car’s inspection. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for service for their Audi.
Just avoid this dealer at all costs, bought a 2015 Mercedes benz e63s from them as a out of state buyer. They had done an oil change before it was taken to be shipped to me to Michigan. During this oil change the oil pan bolt was severely over tightened, after driving the car exactly 63 miles the oil pan had fully cracked and dumped 9 quarts of oil on my garage floor (picture attached). I drove from out of state for 3 hours to buy an Audi from this dealership (I have an Audi dealership 20 minutes from my home) and I could not be happier. 100/10 would not recommend. Problem after problem for almost 3 weeks after taking my car to be serviced here. I have only been able to talk with a manager once, gave my complaints, was promised a call back...then bam all of a sudden some damage appears on the loaner car I had, AFTER I filed my complaint and the loaner car had been in their possession for over 24 hours.
