Ive bought many cars and almost all of them were good experiences. I love buying cars. This was a bad experience. And the way they handled it made me go out and make sure other people wouldn’t buy cars here. I’ve told many people over the last year and a half about what happened and have successfully talk quite a few of them into buying from competitive dealers.
