Bought a car for my parents predominantly online and purchased the car outright. Drove from Tampa with my parents to basically pick up the car...and the experience could not have been more cold or quite frankly rude. The finance director didn’t even shake my parents’ hands...was rushing them through the experience. What was supposed to be exciting felt like an inconvenience. Very disappointed in Audi and this dealership.

Everyone from top to bottom shows this is a class organization who truly cares about its customers. I have serviced my vehicle (the best service department in town in my opinion) for years, then recently purchased a new car and i have never had such an easy purchasing experience. Devin, Dave, Steve, and Artur are all top notch.
The buying experience was excellent. Great sales team and a very fair deal. Competitive price for my trade and good deal on the car I purchased. I will be back and I do recommend Stuart Audi for your next purchase!
