We recently moved to the area from Richmond, Virginia, and on our drive down all of the safety features related to the multi-cameras in our 2017 Q7, including the cruise control, went down about 100 miles into our 780 mile trip. The dealership back in Virginia recalibrated all the cameras less than 3 weeks prior to our trip and they somehow became severely out of calibration in a very short period of time. This was by far the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. I think I was at the dealership maybe two hours total. Nicki was amazing and I left extremely happy and with the car of my choice. Fast and friendly service - arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled service and they immediately brought the car to the service bay and were finished in 30 minutes. It was a great experience.
