I had a concern with my gas tank and Ryan the Service Advisor, the master mechanic, and Service Manager all made sure to address my concerns. They explained to me the issue, what they did to try and resolve it, and how to monitor it going forward. I love how Audi South Orlando treats their customers and the excellent job they do each time I’m there!

I was in need of a new windshield and had a flat tire on my RS3. Richie my Service Advisor, Kyle, the technician who performed the work, and Zach in parts made it a great experience.
I had to wait a few days longer while a part came in. The car was in for Recall 74HC - I been told it is taken care of but the warning still shows up on my Audi App.
Clayton in service, provided excellent and professional service to me at my recent service appointment. He continuously exceeds my expectations in professionalism and kindness. He makes me feel like a valued customer and I feel like my car is in safe hands when I leave it for him.
