My experience with Audi South Orlando super exceeded my expectations! I went in for a recall on my 2015 A3 and was welcomed upon my arrival and offered coffee/tea/small snacks etc. The service was very quick (only took 1 day) and they gave me a very nice loaner for that time period. They also sent me a personalized video during the inspection, showing me all the areas checked and what passed vs what didn’t.
