Let’s start with the excellence: The service staff — especially Kory — has been outstanding. He’s easy to work with, communicates clearly, and truly knows his stuff. Issue with vehicle (transmission jumping) was not resolved on 2024 Audi Q3. Has been brought in a few times for this issue and it cannot be resolved. Told it's just how it is.
