After 3+ service visits, I feel comfortable leaving this review. I am usually hesitant to leave reviews for dealers because consistency is rare. Each visit involved a different service advisor, and all were solid. Most recently, I came in with an Audi Connect issue. Based on past experience with Connect, I wasn’t confident it would get resolved easily. Denny and Brad stayed with it and saw it through to a fix, which I appreciated.
