Dimitra, Bruno and Candido rocked it. Brought my Q5 as I had some concerns. While no issues they took the time to talk to me about what they found and Bruno went on a test drive to ensure all was fine. Dimitra is incredibly patient and is always willing to assist so I cannot thank her and the team for the professional customer service!

What a Fantastic experience from Audi Silver Spring. Specifically, Christian as my Service Advisor. My Q5 was in for significant repairs after I scrapped the bottom pan and punctured my gas tank. Christian was extremely helpful and kept me up-to-date thruout the repair almost on a daily basis. He lobbied my insurance to perform the repair with a new gas tank instead of a used tank that came in in terrible shape. The overall experience was outstanding.
