We were visiting family in South Texas, and on our way from Dallas we encountered some mechanical problems (it lost power and wouldn't go above 40 mph). We decided to head straight to Audi San Juan and arrived there 30 minutes before the service department closed. Ira immediately had our vehicle checked. While they did not have anymore loaners available, he tried to find us some sort of transportation. Fortunately, they were able to fix the problem and additional transportation was not needed.
