I have never had anything but help, assistance and support from the Audi personnel. They have been wonderful to me. Rene who is the sales person that assist me is a wonderful and full of Audi knowledge. Any questions I have, he is there to answer them.
Customer service was great had my Q3 serviced , car washed and left. Stopped to pump gas and noticed the cosmetic cap that goes on the rear winshield wiper was gone. Called the Audi service, they were suppose to talk to the detail crew and call me back right away. 24 hrs later still waiting for the call ugh!! Guess i have to call tomorrow...

I live down here because of my job, my family is all hours away... well unfortunately I encountered some technical issues with my window and told them about other concerns dealing with the car...and IRA right away took a look at the vehicle and since I'm a busy person lent me out a loaners so I didn't have to stall.. I bought the vehicle in Houston but definitely will start business here.
