My husband and I have purchased two cars from Audi Pittsburgh and have had a superb experience each time. Most recently we worked with Kurt and have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. From his extensive knowledge of the brand to his kind demeanor, we left with all of our questions answered and confidence in our new Q8. We’d also like to acknowledge Jess; she too was incredibly helpful with our most recent purchase. Thanks again to Kurt, Jess, and Audi Pittsburgh for the great experience.
Bought my car from them and was never given my cars owners manual and touch up paint(comes with every car) after being promised i’d be given one. Then when I went back for repairs on a window they messed it up and didn’t even fix it 100% and left my window partially open when it was fully rolled up, after their mistake I had to take my car back across pittsburgh for them to fix it again. Save yourself from dealing with these people
We bought our Q5 here. We worked with Matt and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the exact car that we wanted. He wasn't pushy and made the car buying experience enjoyable. Thanks Matt!
