I got my used 2021 Audi Q5 in August 2025. I noticed shaking when hitting the brakes but I didn’t see a problem until the end of September when I got on the highway that my steering wheel is shaking hard when I tried to brake. If I could leave 1 star I would, however Google does not allow the option. Arrived today for a service appointment on a car that needed replacement of a tire that was by dealer damage, along with service due to the tire damage. Service technician was extremely rude, dismissive, nothing was ‘in the system’ as the service manager stated to me when we spoke two times prior on the phone setting up the appointment.
