We leased a new Q5 about 2 months ago and the door handle flew off leaving some wiring exposed. We have been trying to get it fixed for 2 months now and keep getting the run around. Apparently it has been getting “painted” for the last 2 weeks. We cant even wash it or drive it in the rain because of the exposed wires. Absolutely the worst service from a dealership we have ever experienced.
It’s almost impossible to get a hold of the service department at Pittsburgh Audi. PICK UP YOUR PHONES! Makes me miss Honda service so much 😢

We bought a car over a month ago and after driving it for a little, we found that the car we purchased has an issue with the differential, causing driving issues at low speed. We sent the car in to get looked at under the CPO warranty and to fix the problem. They charged us $500 to investigate the problem which they said they fixed and the car still had the same issue. I was sold a car that I was told was in perfect condition, even though the engine cover and hood cover were chewed up. Later, I discovered that the mass air flow wire was also chewed up, causing further issues. Despite this, the dealership is blaming me and claiming that the damage occurred after I bought the car. However, an auto shop confirmed that the chewed-up hood and engine cover were part of the same issue, which happened before I purchased the vehicle.
