The parts manager or whoever I dealt with is a jerk! They offer a part I needed online for $25.88 instead of having to order it, I called to see if it was in stock so I could get my car moving again. They said yep in stock, we will have it upfront for you. I go to pick it up. .. The price $61.00 when I asked what the difference was, I was told, well actually, just the word online was underlined and handed back to me. I was told well some mark up is to be expected... But they didn't have the right color combination and I wasn't interested in going through with a dealer trade. I want to thank you for putting together a very competitive offer for our Q5 TDI Prestige - well worth the drive up from Tucson! Besides, what better way to take in some shopping in Scottsdale the next day?
Warning to all! Make sure you don't take their word for it. Put eyes on the vehicle. Audi Peoria just delivered an S4 to me with tires that are on the wear bar, and they say " there are 5000 miles left on those tires". Having owned an AMA Superbike team, and currently owning the BMW motorcycle dealership in Tucson(Iron Horse BMW) tires don't go 5000 miles when they are on the wear bar. Awesome experience! Bought my Audi on Saturday, but the process started earlier in the week w/ a phone call from JJ. I live in Chandler and made the trek to Peoria, well worth it! I'm a happy customer and an Audi fan for life.
