Audi Ontario is always the best customer service experience. Luis Macias took great care of my car and informed me of all the warranties and what my car needed to be up to date. I received a new battery, oil change, tire inspection and recall service all in a few hours. Very efficient use of my time and my car was washed and ready to be safely back on the road again. Highly recommend Audi Ontario and a Luis Macias. A+ 5 Star Service

Luis Macias is very friendly and courteous, so accommodating, a genuine pleasure to meet and do business with. I have taken my Audi here 3 times for repairs and various services and will continue to do business here. Each time, Luis has gone over and above! And the complimentary car wash is very detailed and much appreciated. Excellent service all the way around. I highly recommend this dealership.
The service department at 'Audi of Ontario' takes care of my 2014 Audi R8 and I could not be more impressed. The expertise and the timeliness of their work gets high marks. The service representative, Chris Davila, the department manager, the parts guys and the R8 Techs have all gone above and beyond for me over the last two years.
Thanks to Erik for a job well-done! Had issues with my mirrors and he was able to get both of my mirrors replaced under warranty. He is very easy to work with and is a people person. Thanks again Erik
