This dealership is a scam. I purchased an Audi Q5 Prestige from this dealer last November. Sales person ***** sneaked in *************, Eco-Bond and extended maintenance warrantee to the contract. Finance *************** didnt go over these items with us. We were rushed out because they were closing. Next day we found out the weird charges, revisited them and the real fun began. Took my A7 in for an overheating issue that I had they had my car for a month and they couldnt figure out the problem. I mentioned to them that I think it would be the thermostat because there was no indications of buildup or leaking of any coolant. They told me they had all the right tools to have it checked out and assured me that it was the water pump that needed to be replaced towards the end of the month of them having my vehicle its still overheated and it turned out to be the thermostat. Brandon Clemons is the best here! We came here a year ago simply looking around and he was so helpful. He knew so much about the vehicles as well as comparisons to other cars we were looking at.
