Nothing short of AMAZING with that touch of FAMILY mixed in! Audi New Rochelle's NEW STATE OF THE ART service center is cutting edge starting with the Drive-thru 3D Video inspection machine. I was greeted right at my door with my appointment & list of what I needed already done. The valet took my car & away it went for service. Either they need to hire more receptionists or get the current ones to answer phones more frequently. Also service shouldn't say when a car will be ready if they can't follow through and make sure it will be ready for said day. If you can't pick up due to the fact you are currently on a phone call, it only takes a few seconds to let the caller know you will be right there in a second to assist them, or, let them know you will call them back & take their number.
