I scheduled an emergency service for my Audi A4 due to my check engine light coming on. I just purchased this car from a non Audi Susan assisted me with a loaner car appt. Hannah was an amazing service advisor . I would highly recommend she was so professional energetic sweet kind and very understanding of my circumstances. Susan was such a sweetheart. The ladies were very straightforward no nonsense approach.
I got a flat tire and I called the number listed 4 times to make a service request. I confirmed the location of the service center, date, time, and services needed on my car (which was not an Audi). The person I spoke with confirmed they would be able to service my vehicle. When the tow truck showed up, the people working could not have been more rude and disrespectful and denied ever having talked to me. I'm not sure where the disconnect occurred and why nobody at the location recognized the name of the person that answered... read more
