Astronomical pricing, not worth it. 400$ for a gas cap that costs 29$ in the after market. You literally just screw in your gas cap, what's the 400$ cost for? Additionally, my turbocharger failed at 50K mile mark and found out that many models have this issue dating back years. There is a US Lawsuit pending - Kimball v Audi - Generation 1 Settlement. They also lock you out of resetting your Inspection light which comes on every year. You need an OBD device or mechanic to clear it. Why would you do this to your consumers? Ger... read more

Audi used to be great for service but not anymore. First of all, a live person doesn't even answer the phone a the New Rochelle location. You have to navigate through the virtual assistant to be transferred to a person - very frustrating. Then, the person you're transferred to only makes the service appointments and is unable to answer any questions. They can't even tell you if you'll need to leave your car for the service issue, only the service adviser can do that. God help you if you need to speak to an actual service adv... read more

Great experience with Peter Falvey at the service department. Got an issue resolved and covered under warranty. Very good listener, very logical, very customer-focused.
