A class above other dealerhips – I very much appreciated the assistance of everyone at the dealership and the courtesy with which I was treated. They were a class above every other dealership with which I worked and ultimately that was why I purchased my car from them. Danny spent a lot of time going over the features of the car with me which made it much easier to learn all of the new technology in my new car.
Competitive pricing – I stopped at this Audi location en route to several large Audi dealerships in the Bay Area just to see what they had in their inventory. To my surprise I found myself purchasing a vehicle from them because of their competitive pricing, but mostly because and the family atmosphere. The deal was no nonsense.
Very nice and helpful – Everyone was very nice and helpful. The shuttle was waiting for me when the check in was done and I was dropped off promptly which was awesome! When they called to tell me my car was ready they had the shuttle on stand by which I loved. My car was ready when they said it would be and I was on my way. My car was beautiful when I picked it up. It was wonderful.
Genuinely seemed to care – The salesman who worked with me was the most articulate, personable and insightful car salesman I have ever worked with and I have purchased over fifteen cars. He made the whole experience very easy and genuinely seemed to care whether I was satisfied. I will buy another car from him. Everyone at the dealership was just as friendly and helpful.
