Everyone from the sales staff to service to the mechanics are extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. My experiences at Audi Monterey have been the most enjoyable car buying experience to date. There is no hassle or smoke in mirrors. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new/ used car to stop in and speak with these guys.
The Monterey Service Department personnel, particularly Sheri, treat me very well, are always courteous, responsive and efficient.
Great customer service. We were even greeted by the salespeople and finance people who sold us the car originally. We felt very welcomed. Our service advisor listened carefully to our needs. Great service! It was perfect! I wouldn't change a thing! :)
I have been a Lexus customer for the last 12 years (3 RX's) and I was worried about leaving their remarkable service department here in Monterey. And yet, the first experience I had at Audi was absolutely exceptional.... beyond all expectations. I love the Q5 and now feel confident about endorsing their service department as well. The manager, Cheri, was professional in every way! I can only hope all my service calls run as smoothly.
