Bought a new car with this dealer and brought the car in because there was a small scratch that I did not see when I bought the car - nor was it pointed out to me. They tried to fix it with their detail person and it looked pretty bad...then they offered after much irritation and implying that I put the scratch in the car... to have it fixed. This is the most shadiest dealership I have ever encountered. Im at loss right now about what to do, they have been draining me of my hard worked money, and scamming people left and right. Even one of their employees told me that they have gone through a change of ownership and are very dishonest
Audi Mission Viejo has the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. They are unresponsive and get nothing done. I purchased a vehicle from them in ************************************************************** when I lost basic technological functionality. Sells cars without advertised and confirmed features. Ignores all calls, emails and texts when I tried to workout the issue with them Don't lose money like I did, stay away.
I got the A-8 here and have had service issues. After only 3 months, the service light came on, at 3500 miles. I was told It had been one year since the vehicle was "manufactured", and the vehicle computer flashed a service request. There was no problem, but they changed the oil. This happened again two months ago. Last week, the " system malfunction" light came on. When I took it in, they thought it was a suspension fault, but it was "OK". I just picked my car up from Audi Mission Viejo where it was serviced for several recalls as well as having the trim around the center console replaced - one of the recalls required replacement of a sensor pod in the front passenger seat. When I received the vehicle I immediately noticed that the leather on the front passenger seat was now hardened and damaged and brought it to the attention of my service adviser.
