Salesman wanted to make a copy of my driver's license so he could locate a car for me? There cars are above kbb value and they don't negotiate not even a penny. Cars are a depreciating asset that's why people want a fair deal at least. Otherwise very nice lobby and friendly.
Recommended5 stars. This new dealership exemplifies the true customer service we have seen from Sewell over the years. Friendly, willing to work with us until we found what really worked, and then efficiently processing the paperwork. We can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
Outstanding service. I can not recommend this location enough. I live 30 miles from Audi Dallas and 20 miles from Audi Fort Worth and travel 50 miles here because they treat their customers well. The extra effort is worth my time every time. I have yet to shop for vehicles here but when the time comes, it will be first on my list.
Looked at Audi this past weekend and Thomas Waite was our sales guy. He was so informative and walked us through various Audi models. He answered ALL our questions with no pressure whatsoever. This was so refreshing since we did not receive such outstanding service at a couple of other dealerships. I HIGHLY recommend Audi McKinney and Thomas!!!
I never write reviews; however, I had to make an exception for this dealership. From introduction to closing, a truly first class experience. And I cannot say enough great things about Cole, my Sales Representative who consistently went the extra mile for me. I have been a loyal BMW customer for 12 continuous years. At the end of this current lease, a car from this dealership it will be. Kudos Audi of McKinney. Job very well done.

I visited McKinney audi not for sales or for service, but that didn’t matter to them. Their employees are top notch. Hospitality is amazing. Felt like family member, nothing less. Spotless facilities, not one complaint.
A phenomenal experience from start to finish. The level of courtesy, knowledge, and patience, even with them enduring a near never-ending stream of questions from me, is second-to-none. This being my second Sewell experience, I can't imagine going anywhere else for sales and service.
