My tire pressure was low and they were able to get me in right away. Their service was great nice relaxing atmosphere.
Terrible dealer terrible terrible. Ive brought my under warranty car in twice for the same issue and because of some red tape they turn me away every time.
Took my car (2011 Audi A4) into this place and was barely able to drive it home. They changed the oil filter but didn't put oil in it. Then they claimed that there was an issue with the engine before it came in. Yet it turned on just fine and wasn't stalling before I took it in, but all these issues started happening after they looked at it. Audi of McKinney made today so special, parking the car in a “showroom” type spot, detailing it so it looks NEW and putting a big red bow on it! I was super surprised at how much they celebrated this experience, given it’s a used car.
