On June 26, 2021, at approximately 11:30am I checked into Audi Lynbrook, 855 Sunrise Hwy, Lynbrook, NY 11563, to have my Audi Q7 inspected for the annual New York State inspection. At 12:58 pm I received a call from a service representative to inform me that my left rear tire, a run flat tire, had two plugs in it and could not pass inspection. Terrible service department, rude staff, pricing is a joke. I would never buy a car or have it serviced here again. Go somewhere else don't let the shiny building draw you in.
Horrible customer service .they fail to mention hidden fees in Audi care package it’s was sold as your complete car is covered no mention of co-payment associated with the Audi care warranty .
I highly recommend not buying a car here. Prices on website are not accurate and the amount of hidden fees they tack on at the end when your in the finance office is unreal. I also never heard of a warranty costing 5 grand? Also if you have a problem with the car, don’t try to call service because the woman is the nastiest person I have ever spoken to. This dealership is a big scam. Whatever the price of the car is..... add an additional 15 grand and that’s the price! People should be arrested
I leased a 2019 Audi A6 at Audi Lynbrook and I must say this was the worst experience I've had in all the time I've been leasing cars. #1 they don't tell you everything upfront so if you don't pay attention they will rip you off. #2 their customer service sucks, once they got your business they couldn't care less about you, they would lose documents I already signed, then call me to come back and resign them again or ask me to provide them the same documents they previously made copies of.
