I bought a pre-owned 2018 Q5 January 31, 2020 and I was sold on an extended warranty at *********** car had been several time for mechanical problems, eventually leading to get it towed on my dime from ** to their dealer on ***********. Very deceiving salesman at this dealership... be very careful as they will show one price when negotiating your deal and totally have a different number when you sign your lease and try to hide it as extra costs. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST !!!!!

I bought a used Q5 in 2019 and I was sold on an extended warranty at purchase. Ive had my vehicle serviced multiple times and never received a loaner vehicle which is and was advertised at the point of sale and on Audis website. The latest experience involved me being returned the vehicle after service with the front engine splash protector completely dragging on the ground which now Im stuck with due to never having any service managers available in parts and service over a long weekend. I bought a ******** E350 from Audi of Lynbrook and the sales manager was rude when I asked when would my car be available after waiting several days for car.. then they gave me the car and now I'm experiencing Brake dust all over the rear rims and the car is making a squeaky noise.. when I called they said I was 6 days past warranty and would have to fix the problem that I believe was with the car when I purchased it

This dealership should be shut down. The amount of times they try to upcharge you or get out of their contracts and warranties for service is unbelievable. I dread coming in here for service however am unfortunately stuck to this place. They take your money and never resolve your issues. Management is incredibly rude and service employees take their time in assisting you & are not accommodating at all. Horrible ***************** Conveniently can never get hold of a managerial or supervisory staff. Lower level staff is worthless but thats the only staff available to you. They keep your car for weeks with no progress, wont give you a loaner vehicle because they dont have any but tell you they have you on a list, imaginary list I guess. The prices is outrageous a fuel pump for over $500 which my mechanic says is a 1 hour job but there labor charge is $916. I dont know any job that pays $916 per hour. Horrible service from the entrance to exit! NO ONE IN THIS PLACE IS TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE, NO VALET TO TAKE YOUR CAR, NO ONE TO WELCOME YOU, FRONT DESK PERSON ACTS A BIT SLOW, CASHIER THINKS YOU SHOULD BE A MIND READER, AND ONTOP OF HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY HAVE COFFEE MACHINES THAT DONT EVEN WORK AND TO MAKE SURE YOU DONT TRY NO CUPS IN ************ AND NEVER AGAIN TIME !

This dealership should have their license taken away by the state of New York. They are arrogant and rude. And have a track record of starting fights with their customers. Avoid this facility at all costs definitely not a good representative of the automotive culture.
