Worst service EVER. I've had better service at WAL-MART n we all know no one at Walmart knows where anything is at! I've been calling since 4/22/20 to get them to update my email address to no avail. I will NEVER SHOP Audi Lakeland again!!!

Just wanted to thank Audi Lakeland’s service department for wearing masks, requiring customers to wear masks, requiring customers to fill out screening questionnaires, providing gloves, covering any possible touched surfaces in our car with plastic prior to any service personnel getting in, and giving complimentary Ozone Treatments to sanitize every inch of our car’s interior after service.
