We have had the worst experience with this team at Audi Kirkwood. While we were originally treated well, we have continued to have so many issues with our car and account, they’ve taken us for a ride long enough. Alex Madison sold us on several components of our lease that turned out not to be true (maintenance, personal property) and then our brand new car broke down twice (a new transmission at 6k miles?!), leaving me stranded hundreds of miles from home and in danger both times.
