Update: After a year of repairs for the same issue and even another engine replacement (under Audi warranty) it turns out it was all from a nut that was dropped and left in the exhaust manifold!!! Over $120k in repairs..(luckily not out of my pocket, but time lost..) I would not trust this dealership and service department!! Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had; I worked with Joe who knew the cars inside and out, and they worked with me to find a price point and car that made sense.
Dealing with Robert Graves he went above and beyond as my salesman. Any questions he either knew the answer or immediately went to find the correct answer. It was worth the 130 mile trip to buy from this dealer
Alex has been very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend working with him.
Didn’t care for advisor. Stated we wanted to wait but she entered we were dropping car off. Kept waiting for a text (her stated preferred method) but she called and did not initially leave a message. Waited over 3 hours to find issue and get a quote. I agreed to take home a loaner prior to knowing cost of repair, but when saw quote ($3000 for a new starter) I knew I would not proceed.
