Took my A5 here to get diagnosed and thank god they found out the issue but broke my hood latch in the process and wants me to pay 650 bucks to fix it. Told me "they see this all the time" yes that may be true but it was working fine when I sent it in. Even the tow truck driver popped the hood fine the same day we dropped it off during his tow inspection. If it broke when your tech tried to open it he should be responsible for fixing it not me. I will never bring my car here again.
