Incredibly professional and kind, I have always been met with grace and dignity even though I have a older model I didn't purchase from this dealership. Other brands' dealerships often are pushy sales-focus and Audi GR is obviously customer service-forward. Thank you for the great experience.
DO NOT bring your car here. They switch your OEM parts for bad parts then when the car has problems they charge you ridiculous fees and half the time they don't even fix it accurately. I will NEVER go here again.
Our service manager Aaron was supposed to handle a warranty issue on our car and it’s been over a month and it still hasn’t been touched for repair. We contacted the warranty inspector and they advised us they are waiting for a parts list and an estimate from the dealership still to be able to move forward. There has been no sense of communication or urgency on our family vehicle we’ve been having serviced here for years. Extremely disappointing.
