One advisor Valentino is fine but this dealership is awful. Issues come up, they do the best they can to waive you away and skirt responsibility. If there is an issue they'll just shrug and tell you to take it up with corporate. My second Audi but definitely my last.
This dealer used to be the best Audi dealer in town until it recently got sold out. I have been trying to get someone on the phone for over a week now with no luck and this was to get information on what my next service consists of. I probably called around 30 times without success and left voicemails, messages with employees for the service department or service manager Craig and no call backs. TLDR, incompetent service, go to Santa Monica Audi service department. They are waaaaay more competent, they get back to you the next day and they give you a car rental until your’s gets fixed.
